Hegarty taking care of your New Purchasers

The Hegarty team are experienced in managing defects and snagging of new houses and flats following occupation. We liaise with the construction company/supplier to assess any arising issues within the communal areas, and act as coordinator to ensure matters are attended to quickly.

As part of our service we can:

  • Manage and coordinate snagging and defects of communal areas
  • Arrange access and attendance of contractors
  • Track and keep records of dates of attendance and work carried out
  • Produce reports for developers on types and number of snags/defects, completed works, uncompleted/ongoing works and timetabled works
