Hegarty is continuing to support you, we operate a business as usual policy and will remain contactable by replacing face to face meetings, where possible, with conference calls. This is to protect you and our team in line with Government and NHS advice.
Advice for Hegarty Residents
The health and safety of our residents, employees and partners remains our priority. Be assured that we are continuing to monitor the latest Government advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are adapting our Management Services.
Please notify us at Hegarty immediately, should there be a confirmed or suspected case of Coronavirus within your development. There may be a requirement for additional ‘Deep Clean’ provisions in order to protect residents and clients in line with ARMA guidlines. You can expect that there is likely to be an additional financial consideration for such ‘deep cleaning’ in response to a case, which we will discuss with you on a case by case basis.
How is Hegarty responding to this situation?
As you know, the government advice on Coronavirus is constantly evolving with new updates and additional guidance being issued daily. We’re monitoring this closely and continuing to adapt and plan accordingly to respond to your requirements, whilst adhering to the latest advice as it is released. We at Hegarty want to make sure that we are doing the right thing to keep our valued Clients, Colleagues and Contractors as safe as possible. We have continuity plans in place and are working with our partners to minimise any potential impact to our property management services.
- Grounds maintenance: Based on the latest guidance, grounds maintenance services will continue wherever possible but with the potential for a reduced frequency due to staff and/or contractor availability. We will be reinforcing to all operatives that they must strictly follow social distancing instructions and must not attend site if they or any of their household have symptoms or have been unwell, in accordance with the latest public health guidance.
- Communal Cleaning: Based on the latest guidance, communal cleaning services will continue wherever possible but with the potential for a reduced frequency due to staff and/or contractor availability. We will be reinforcing to all operatives that they strictly follow social distancing instructions and must not attend site if they or any of their household have symptoms or have been unwell, in accordance with the latest public health guidance.
- Essential reactive services: We are working to make sure that essential reactive services can still be undertaken at developments wherever possible. These would include reactive support for any urgent issues.
