Hegarty Property Management Ltd are proud to be working with The Symington Buildings Resident Management Company to look after these iconic buildings in Market Harborough.
The recent contract is to manage The Symington Buildings, a 38 unit development on the outskirts of the Market Harborough town. This is situated on the former W.Symington and co. factory site.
The development includes the listed buildings of Symington Terrace, historic Coffee Mills building built in 1881 and the new addition of Shrubbery Court.
The development of bespoke apartments will be looked after by Lee Marston, Director at Hegarty PM, who already looks after a number of key resident management company appointments.
Hegarty PM are looking forward to be working with these well motivated clients, putting together a tailored high quality long-term maintenance plan to rectify long standing remedial works, which will enhance the enjoyment of the development for the residents and Leaseholders alike.
Further more, Hegarty PM will oversee all major works, including bespoke structural surveys that will be carried out by Earl Kendrick North who are established partners of ARMA.
